You’ll receive personalized recommendations based on local knowledge, not just online listings. Whether you’re looking for a short-term, mid-term, or long-term rental, furnished or unfurnished, we’ll make the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

Step 2: Establish Your Budget

Before you begin touring homes, we’ll help you define a comfortable rental budget that aligns with your monthly expenses and long-term financial plans. We’ll also help you factor in utilities, parking, pet fees, or HOA costs, giving you a realistic picture of what to expect before signing a lease.

Step 3: Begin Your Search

We’ll refine your search criteria together - from the type of property (apartment, condo, or single-family home) to your preferred neighborhoods, commute time, and must-have amenities. Your agent will then monitor new listings in real time and share the most promising options that fit your criteria and timing.

Step 4: Tour & Evaluate Properties

Your agent will arrange tours that fit your schedule - either virtually or in person. During each tour, you’ll get insights into the property’s layout, condition, and surrounding neighborhood. We’ll help you weigh the pros and cons of each option and answer any questions along the way.

Step 5: Submit Your Application

Once you’ve found the right rental, your agent will guide you through the application process - from completing forms and gathering required documents (such as proof of income or references) to communicating with the property manager or landlord.

Half Day Guided Tour (4 Hours) - $700

Client chooses their top housing options from a hand-curated list of options based on: lifestyle, price point, schools, commute times and budget. We coordinate guided or video walkthroughs (or a combination of both) for top choices with our local rental expert. We send approximately 15 properties and typically show your favorite 4-5 over a 4 hour period. Incudes direct access to a rental specialist for ongoing questions and assistance.

Full Day Guided Tour (6 Hours) - $1,000

Client chooses their top housing options from a hand-curated list of options based on: lifestyle, price point, schools, commute times and budget. We coordinate guided or video walkthroughs (or a combination of both) for top choices with our local rental expert. We send approximately 25 properties and typically show your favorite 6-8 over a 6 hour period. Incudes direct access to a rental specialist for ongoing questions and assistance.
